A cute bouquet and a nice little stuffed animal to weight it down. Smaller than I had hoped for the price paid, but it was nice and well received by the recipient, and arrived very timely.

Never got my mother in laws flowers delivered and I ordered 3 days before mothers day and 4 days after they still were never delivered. I had to request a full refund and they canceled the order.
Mom sent me a picture of the flowers that I ordered. They were as described on the site, and she appreciated them. The rainbow roses did not have any white roses...all brightly colored.
Never mentioned anything about the expenses for shipping and handling and taxes all the way to the end. Not fair. It's crazy how much the price increased. The worst part that the purple flowers looked old. And those were her favorite. Not even close to the photo. Terrible but received
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
