This was an easy site to order on. I do hope it is delivered today by 3:00 if possible. The flower arrangement was delivered on time and very pretty. It did not look as full of flowers as in the picture on-line, but it was very nice and my sister was pleased. Thank you!

The product that I ordered was a birthday gift for my friend, which was scheduled to be delivered to her house on May 17, But she recieved it over a week early, so she wasn't home, and her roommate had to tell her she got a fruit basket. How fun is that? I scheduled the product to arrive on the 17 of May but it arrived way too early. And, she also told me that a bouquet of flowers was sent with the fruit basket, which I did not order flowers, so i probably got charged for flowers that I didn't even order. So to sum it all up, the fruit basket did not come at the scheduled time, so it totally ruined the surprise, and I got charged for a bouquet of flowers that I did not even order. Yup, I would say I did not have a good experience ordering from this site.

I was not happy with the product delivered. It was far from the display on your website (looked half the size I was expecting). I paid for the premium order and it was not even close to your display. This was a very special birthday gift and I was "VERY" disappointed. I send flowers every month. I would like the option for a delivery with "NO VASE". After this purchase I may consider another florist.
My shopping experience with you is always great, that's why I keep coming back. But what I don't understand is you rewards, you say no ship/hand fee but you still add $ 14.99. I don't understand that, you take away $14.99 but then you add on something else $14.99. But other then that you are wonderful!

OK but I created an account and then your site would not let me in - so I ordered as a visitor. As my sister had a big accident and this was a get well mission it was quite frustrating for me...in fact you almost lost the business! In spite repeated attempts to reset password (which was not incorrect and nor was email address) I had no emails from you. That is how it is.
However the flowers were delivered to my sister and are FANTASTIC!
The recipient reported the flowers arrived wilted. What is the explanation for that? At these prices I don't expect wilted flowers to be delivered. What is the solution? I feel ripped off after all the on line recommendations.

I ordered on May 8th to be delivered on May 14 my wife and I 35th wedding anniversary more than enough time to be made and delivered. But yet they never were my wife is in a nursing home and I was told when I called that the florist could not find the place how much of a lie is that. In this day and age, any address can be found just by typing it in a web browser. I was offered an upgrade and a 10 dollar gift certificate really that's what I get for making me look like a fool and having to show my wife on our anniversary a picture of what she did not get terrible you only get one 35 year anniversary thanks for nothing. PS maybe you should have your florist invest in a GPS to find places oh wait everyone has one on there "PHONE" oh for anyone reading this the flowers were delivered on May 16th two days after our date.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
