Kind of bait and switch. Discount is your regular price. Handling never mentioned until checkout and$5 more than "discount. I. Would rather see the " out the door" price listed. My $10 discounted $19 bouquet was actually $48.However, the flowers arrived sooner than expected and are fresh and beautiful. I ordered the "Florists choice" and I'm very pleased with them.

(1) When I initially tried to order flowers, it was for a funeral arrangement that needed to be delivered several states away. Having trouble entering a coupon code at checkout, I contacted the 800 number to find out if I was missing something. I spoke with a man that sounded as if he was in the middle of a busy warehouse. Asking only for information about where to enter the coupon code, he repeatedly insisted that I provide him with my order and billing information so that he could place the order for me. After I refused his request for the fourth time, he hung up on me.
(2) I called back about ordering the same funeral floral arrangement and spoke with a woman and her supervisor in a much quieter environment. However, they were not able to resolve the issue of being unable to enter a coupon code at checkout. Instead, after placing my order, they did offer me a refund of the difference between the coupon code automatically added during checkout and the one I wanted to use. In addition, due to the terrible customer service experienced during this process, I was given a coupon to use during a future order.
(3) Having the coupon code from the last experience, I decided to give the company another chance and order a get well arrangement for a family member. Due to a sale that they were offering, I selected a dozen roses in a custom photo vase. This time I had the opportunity to see the arrangement in person. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in both the vase and the quality of the arrangement. First, whoever arranged the flowers did a terrible job. There were leaves from the roses sticking up above the flowers and hiding them. Second, the custom vases - which cost $12 - was nothing more than a sheet of waterproof paper curled inside a glass tube. This is not a custom vase anymore than putting a sticker on the outside of a vase would make it a custom vase. The website does not clearly specify what this product is that is being sold at such a markup. Had I known that the photo would not be printed on the vase as a keepsake that the recipient would be able to use again and again, I never would have ordered this product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
