Easy shopping but difficult to decide which arrangements to choose when you are only presented with one photo. The arrangement received was far from the photo, though still very nice, was disappointed when I upgraded the arrangement based on the recommendation that it would look most like the photo presented.
Your discount offers are bait and switch - my $14.17 credit can't be applied because I've got a 25% sale item; my get a second order for $10 off doesn't work either -- don't waste my time
Also the roses that were delivered were not the best quality. They were a bit frayed around the edges

This was a gift to my boss. First off there are 11 flowers but worse than that they are wilting and browning and she just opened the box!
Not as nice as the picture The roses were fine but the rest of the flowers were limp and the arrangement was no where near as full as the picture. Not what I would expect for a 'premium' arrangement. Disappointing because I have ordered from you before and the flowers were nice

I checked 3 stars for the price because when I clicked on deluxe for the sale price of $79.99 at check out the price had changed to $99.00 with a discount of $5.00 instead of the $20.00 that was advertised. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
