I have bought the premium bouquet, yet it looked kind of empty and tiny! I am only wondering how the regular price bouquet was looking.

I have to order on-line for my mother who does not live near me - she lives in a small town and your service was fantastic - no issue with delivery and the flowers were fresh.
They haven't received the accompanying text (congratulations) we composed and so didn't know from whom it comes!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
