Am happy...the delivery came before time
Your unexpected handling fees are ridiculously high.
I ordered a fruit basket for my father for Father's day on the Friday before. I requested delivery on Sunday and was pleased that they could do it in such a short time. Then, on Saturday, I got an email saying it had been delivered! They certainly were fast! My dad says the fruit looks good and he likes what he's had so far.
Nice flowers delivered on time.
I think the service and handling charge should be up front not last.
I've purchased flower arrangements several times from From You Flowers for my parents' special occasions. They always comment how nice every arrangement is when they receive it. It's relieving to me to know since I order the flowers online and we live a couple thousand miles apart, and I never see the flowers. So I depend on From You Flowers to follow through and deliver the exact arrangement that I purchased. My parents have never been disappointed and that's the best compliment I can give From You Flowers.

Update: Placed my order on a Friday for a Saturday delivery. As of 9:30pm Saturday night they still had not arrived. Flowers were ordered and paid for by me, for my son to be delivered to his wife (my daughter in law) for her birthday, he has been away for there years now. It would have been so uplifting to her to have received them on time. She works 3rd shift so I asked her this morning. She said they had come!? When? I do not know as she is asleep. Guess I'm not too impressed with delivery. What is the point of ordering flowers for someone, on time, paid for in full, and have them delivered after the occasion!? As to the quality of the flowers? Still unknown at this time. I am very disappointed as is my son.
