The first time that I used your site, I was very satisfied. This time; however, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product that you provided. The flowers that were delivered were not fresh, they looked to be on their last legs. The bouquet itself was very sparse and look little like the one that was displayed on your site. In other words the product that you provided was shabby and I was embarrassed that they were received from me, by my cousin, to celebrate her milestone birthday.
I found the flowers I was looking for.
The shopping part was very easy and clear. Hopefully, the flowers will be beautiful and arrive on time.
And, they were beautiful and arrived earlier than expected. Great service! Great Job. I would definitely use them again.

I got a great head's up that the local florist could not provide the identical bouquet as on the website and that there would be substitutions. When the flowers arrived it looked as though left over flowers were used to make the arrangement. I even pain more for the deluxe bouquet. I will see about a refund and provide follow up remarks. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Very disappointed...of the 24 roses only 13 were acceptable. 6 were broken off of their stems and others were brown and leaves falling off
