Check out ended up being a bit confusing, but it was probably because I was shipping to Alaska. Order arrived next day instead of same day. But I totally blame myself for ordering so late. And it ended up working perfectly because it came on Father's Day rather than the day before. Flowers were a bit different than what I ordered too. But I honestly don't care! :D My Dad's not going to know the difference and they look beautiful. Thank you for delivering in such a timely manner and with such a great product! I'll definitely buy again.
I think to advertise one price and then be told as you are ordering you must upgrade is not an honest advertisement. I think you should be more upfront.

The images that are posted on the website are difficult to tell the size of the pieces. There was barely any rose in the actual piece and in the photo there was an even distribution of roses throughout. The flowers looked as if someone was in a hurry and just threw the flowers in the cup. I paid for extra flowers and it looked like the basic package. Im glad my mother in law received the flowers in a timely manner. I was just expecting something that looked like a little more love was put into it for the price I paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
