I initially wrote that my orders were always timely, etc. But you all guaranteed "FATHER'S DAY DELIVERY" yet my dad received his plant on Saturday at 3:00 PM and I was not happy with that at all because I wanted it delivered on FATHER"S DAY. No one from your company called me to ASK if it was okay to deliver them early. Because of this I have to think more clearly on whether I will use you again.
YOU should have asked instead of just delivered them the DAY BEFORE FATHER'S DAY!
They were beautiful flowers pretty then picture.
I ordered two flowers to the same place but to different people in the house and they were delivered two different times. That was not what I wanted,IT WAS GOOD. SAVINGS ALREADY DONE A LITTLE CONFUSING

Easy site to use and same day delivery which I much needed. That is the main reason I chose your site. My friends said they received the flowers and they really loved them. I guess they looked good. I would not know as I live in Thailand and they live in America. Service through the internet was good and you should promote your service to overseas customers who want to send flowers to loved ones in America.
I was very disappointed that I couldn't order the cross floral display for delivery in Benson, AZ, but otherwise the order process was OK until I checked out. The 10% discount for a new customer was not applied. It was an item marked $10 off; so, it appears that sale items do not qualify for that discount. The price was within reason but would have been nice to know the discount would not apply. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home at 3:12 pm the day after placing my order but luckily in time for the funeral.The family who saw the flowers said they looked really good; so, I will order from this company, again.

Bought this specifically for the type and color of flowers...there were NO Orange ones... some were pale pink and the deep purple was missing...substituted with another kind of flower in a pale violet. Didn't look like the online picture and didnt look great with the Orange vase. The arrangement was mainly yellow instead of a bright combination of orange, yellow and purple. Wouldn't purchase again. Delivery was on time.
