I'm paying 2 separate charges of service/handling in one order. One order was delivered on time, the other was not delivered until late the next day. Why would I place one order to not have it delivered together? Then when I called to get a status on the other half your customer service never called me back.
Easy and helpful ordering. The arrangement was better than anticipated. The delivery was prompt and a picture was sent for confirmation. Excellent service.

I find the way the prices are listed to be deceptively unclear. It takes away from the trustworthiness of the business. The recipients of the last two orders said they were beautiful which is ultimately all that matters. The $14.99 shipping and handling is absurd (and the obvious way any applied discounts are recouped). After 3 orders I'm now 'Silver' but again it's unclear what that means. Is the silver status better than the 25% I'm being offered in one email or the $12.19 credit I'm being offered in a different email? Why don't I have the option to compare all my offers in one place and choose? Again, this is what I mean by unclear. I'd like to feel good after sending a loved one a gift. I've yet to feel that way shopping here. So why have I ordered three times? Convenience. If I had more time, I'm sure I'd find better deals.

My order number is *******. The flowers my daughter received for her birthday today were not like the photo of the European. I ordered the premium option of item and the flowers that arrived were sparce and looked nothing like what was ordered Item #BF52-11KM. I have used From You Flowers for over five years. This is the first time I have been truly disappointed.
I ordered 2 arrangements, a regular and a deluxe and the deluxe was the same size as regular one.
I ordered these Flowers on 8/7 did not receive them till 8/9. They were delivered to the wrong address and the neighbor was nice enough to take them to the right address. Not very satisfied this time. Have ordered from you before with no problem.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
