Which is one of the reasons I choose this site, but was disappointed. My friend received the flowers today and sent me a picture, I didn't see them but they looked good. Hopefully they will at least last a week for the cost!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
