The same day orchid order that I placed was processed immediately and my credit card charged. Unfortunately, soon after I received an email that my delivery date was changed to the following day. Had I known that before placing my order, I would have done business with a merchant who could fulfill the same day promise. In the end a completely different orchid variety arrived, bright pink/purple spotted, looking nothing like the all white orchid I had ordered as a sympathy gift. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service- and embarrassed by the product that arrived on my behalf, in this circumstance.

With first time customers, a phone call is preferable over having my order cancelled. I placed an order for same day delivery then went back to work thinking I was done. I find it later that my order was cancelled!... because it was my first time ordering. If the young lady I spoke with had not upgraded me, it would've been a disaster. So, good "save" on her part but it could've been avoided in the first place with a call on your part not a cancel.
This was a gift for a friend and it arrived on the date requested. The presentation of the flowers was not amazing, but the order was accurate.

I am very dissatisfied. I used your service back in May and was very happy with the product that is why I used you again. The recipient just sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered and I must tell you they do not look like a bouquet of flowers that are suppose to be the premium size. Very unhappy with this delivery. Please advise why the quality was not up to par from my may delivery.

The service was great, infact I would say you went beyond my expectations when the delivery girl called me to confirm details. The only concern that i have is that you only seem to deliver during buisness hours, which is when everyone is at work. A change I would recommend would be the option to deliver in the afternoon.

This is my first order and hoping the flowers are as beautiful as pictured. My only disappointment was that they were delivered a day late. Apparently, I didn't give enough information about the address. I failed to give the name of the Apartment complex, once that was corrected, the floweres were delivered the next morning. My sister said that they are beautiful. She is very happy, so that is what is important. I would order again, thank you.
