Items are a bit too expensive... Could probably go to the store to put all this together for half the price. Full size candy bars, roughly two of each. One of the bags of candy I got was expired. Just a little disappointing when I paid $50 and can't even get items that aren't expired.
Delivered, fast
I sent the flowers and have not heard that they were not satisfactory. That's what I am basing my answer about the product/services received, on. If I hear comments otherwise, from the recipient, I will report it.
Extra fees are not evident until well into the process. Fee for same day delivery, minimum order of $39.95 for delivery, however many arrangements are priced in the $20's so you are then prompted to make a larger purchase or your order will not go through.

Order and delivery was fine. I did choose a "boy" balloon for the flower arrangement, and a "generic" baby balloon was included instead. Not a big deal, but still...

It was very easy to get the large assortment of flowers and gifts from your sight. All are lovely and a responsibly priced. Can't wait to hear what the receiver has to say about the beautiful arrangement.Today 6/23/18 I heard from the party that the arrangement was sent to and she was so thrilled and said it was the most gorgeous arrangement she ever saw. I;m very pleased.

I'm happy with the product and the delivery time, but I'm not happy with emails from the website saying I have a credit and preferred customer discounts that can't be used. I find that misleading.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
