The only concern I have is that a delivery date of Sunday was offered which was my mother's 85th birthday instead the flowers were delivered on Saturday the day before. It would have been nice if I had been told ahead of time that they were going to be delivered the day before and thus I would have prepared my family for the change. Please note that my mother enjoyed the flowers and the chocolates so that is not part of my concern it was just the lack of communication between the florist and myself. Thank you for the beautiful flowers.

I am dissatisfied with the amount of flowers that were in the arrangment. I thought when you order a deluxe, which should be better than the 'regular' choice it would have more flowers! I think 47.99(on sale) - 65.00 total for flowers is an Exceptional amount to pay for a decent arrangement. If I could include a picture I would because my friend sent me a picture and I was very disappointed. I'm sure the picture that you have on your website is for the deluxe and when you put that kind of picture on it makes you think you're going to be getting more flowers in your order.
Very expensive handling fee. The flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. Had more leaves than flowers in the bouquet. Not happy for paying $50 for about 4-6 flowers and a bunch of leaves. Not purchasing from this site again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
