Very easy and the same day delivery is super!
Tried to send this order but got confusing messages...no confirmation the order went through. Sent a second order next day and got confirmation. However, when flowers arrived a week later on their due date they were dried out and falling apart...totally unacceptable. It looked as it the order had been made up the day I ordered it instead of the day it was planned to be delivered a week later. I will no longer order flowers more than a day ahead of their delivery date.
Ordering was easy enough. And the flowers got where they were addressed to go on time. And they matched picture on website. Very pleased.
Product in the photo provided by the website looked nothing like what was delivered. Was disappointed
Flowers delivered were supposed to be larger size, flowers sent were the smaller size pictured. I was charged more money and received less flowers. It is a rip-off and I noticed the bait and switch upon finishing my order. System changes your size at check out, I let it slide this order but noticed the flowers sent were the smaller ones and I'm livid. There were only 2 sunflowers
Shopping was very easy but the price for shipping for me was a little pricey
The card I wanted to add to my bouquet was hand written and didn't look good. It was very amatuer of you to put a card like that.

Nice selection for difficult situations. I wanted a bright bouquet for an older friend who's husband recently died. She was quite please by the colors, the arrangement and the vase.
This was a very easy to place online order and just as easy to go back and make corrections on it before completing sale. 1 order was spot on but the 2nd order was supposed to be purple
But it was 80% green with very little purple. But it was deluxe size.
For repeat customers we should have more discount opportunities.
