Easy and great service online. Flowers did not look the same as online. And I paid extra for the flowers to look exactly the same and they did not. Even though I recieved my company discount I will rather pay full price for better looking flowers.

I paid extra to have same day delivery and it said they'd be delivered before 5 but it was past 6 o'clock when they arrived and the lady had already left for the day so she got them when she came in to work the next day, but it was her birthday the day before. So not full satisfied.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
