I sent a separate email which contained photos and advised how disappointed I am in the product that was received. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. These flowers were sent as a sympathy for a loss of a family member. I'm embarrassed by what was received! If your service can't provide something at least similar to the product ordered, I think you'd be best not to provide any service!

Paid $65 for the biggest arrangement and got the amount of flowers that would've came in the smallest arrangement. Flowers were left in my driveway in direct sunlight in 90 degree weather. Didn't even bother to knock on my door or even call to let me know they were delivered.
Handling fee a little high. The flowers were not at all like the picture shown. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from your company again. I can't believe I paid that much for what was sent.
