Basket was delivered an hour late to business address and recipient was no longer their to receive. I called company an hour before recipient left to confirm would be delivered prior to recipient departure or to confirm if address could be changed. Customer service was unable to help ensure package was delivered. I drove 45 minutes to pick up package to deliver myself after it was dropped off. When I arrived to pick it up package was not even close to what I ordered (sweet treats basket) pictured candy bars, licorice, chips, etc. looked very fun. Description also described items to be in basket. Ordered Deluxe basket, picture showed over 20 items in basket. Basket included 5 items, two packs of nuts, one pack shortbread cookies, two packs of wafers. Am very disappointed. Did not give to recipient because it was so horrible. Paid over $70 to have delivered for birthday could have bought at a grocery store or gas station for $10

My husband ordered a bouquet for our 10th anniversary to be delivered to my work. Late in the afternoon, he got an email saying it wouldn't be delivered that day. He called them and they blamed the local florist, but said they would have to be delivered the next day. Because of their screw-up, I didn't get any flowers on our anniversary. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
