Ordering was simple. However, the arrangement the recipient received was sub-standard and looked nothing like the advertised floral arrangement. I reported the issue providing photos of what was received by the recipient and asked for a re-delivery of an acceptable arrangement. I was told the flowers would be delivered on a particular date, and they were not. I reported that the recipient had received no replacement delivery. I was then told the next day that the order was reassigned to another local florist and would be delivered that same day. Once again, they failed to deliver a replacement floral arrangement. I am still waiting for them to make good on the order and requested a refund in addition to delivering a new floral arrangement. I am now waiting to see what happens next, if my family member will ever receive a nice arrangement and if the refund they said they are processing to my credit card goes through. Responses when reporting issues are "canned" scripting. It is challenging to get a specific answer to a question or to trust that anything they say they will do will actually happen. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and their total lack of good customer service. If you elect to order from this company, be sure to ask the person receiving the flowers to email a photo to you of what they receive to ensure you are getting what you paid for! Buyer Beware!
