The promo code section does not allow the customers to fill it in for themselves. I feel as though that portion is totally rigged. The flowers (through via FaceTime) didn't really look similar to the picture, as mentioned in the description box (I purchased the medium size and thought the portions would/should have been fuller looking) but the person who received the flowers loved them so I guess it was worth the price.

Upon checking out the total was not the total I thought Becasue there was handling charges that was stated...so it was a surprise. I don't like financial surprise so it threw me off. Yes I would But again from u guys now that I know But I do Think it was a little pricey on the extra charges but the overall product was really nice and the note was handwritten out so that was a lovely personal touch that I really Liked hence he 5 stars on the product. It was delivered same day and very timely - so thank you.

I asked for a Get Well balloon I was given a Happy Birthday balloon. I picked out a photo of flowers that was suppose to be yellows, oranges, reds very bright colors and she got white, pink and faint lilac very ugly looking to be honest. I felt so embarassed when she sent a photo of what she got. I'll be sticking with other companies after this mess up.
Handling was a bit higher then expected but as long as they get here in good shape its fine
(After delivery update): the flower arrangement was beautiful however for the price I paid I was expecting the arrangement to be much larger then what I received, it definately looked larger in the picture
The flowers were sent to my best friend who recently lost her grandmother. The florist picked a beautiful design and my best friend loved them so much she cried. The order was placed around 10 am and she received them by 1pm I was shocked and so happy they worked so quickly. The bouquet was beautiful she sent me pictures. I would absolutely use them again. The only complaint I have is that it does not tell you about the 14.99 shipping and handling fee till check out. That should be told while picking the flowers.
Hidden fees that are not apparent until one gets to the last page of the order are tricky and deceptive. I wanted to add on a balloon to the order, but your website made it impossible.

My mother in law was very grateful but I didn't realize the garden was in a heart shape I thought it was triangle. So, that was disappointing. She said they looked a little wilted and I feel like if you put out 70$ you expect healthy looking plants.
Delivery could have been better but my boyfriend loved the gift. And the add-ons of chocolate and a bear were cute.
