That sometimes you just have to do the best you can with the inventory you have and often flowers are substituted. But it acceptable. What is kind of cheezy is athough there is a 20% discount it isn't really with the added $12.99 for handling costs etc. Overall a good experience. Easy to order and a well done piece with just a slight disappointment of the omission of perhaps 1 orchid. Still would rate an overall 9 experience.
Very unhappy that there was no indication that the sympathy flowers I ordered were being shipped, rather than florist-delivered. The last thing a grieving family member needs to worry about is arranging flowers that arrive in a box.

This basket was not for me, it was a gift sent to someone else. They seemed pleased with it so overall I gave you A5 star rating. I never saw it so I really can't Honestly grade the product.

The order was delivered timely (same day) and the recipient was thrilled with the flowers.
There were only two small concerns; the first was that I am not sure if the total discount was applied. Too late to worry about that now, in any case the price was fair and I agreed to it at the time of purchase. The second concern was that I did not see the succulent that was supposed to be in the arrangement in the picture that was sent to me. I believe that another type of greenery was substituted, but the graygreen color of the particular succulent shown in the catalog was what caught my eye when I ordered this particular arrangement. This succulent was a highlight of the arrangement and I would think that the recipient would have taken the picture of the arrangement with the succulent showing-which it was not. I understand that you have the right to substitute when necessary, but it was a small disappointment. That being said, the arrangement was lovely. I loved the peach roses as they were a little different and not something that you see every day. I hope that the arrangement lasts for several days.
Overall, I am pleased with For You Flowers and will order from them again.
