Quick, easy and great deal with Amazon, BUT...I don't know how the flowers turned out, so I have no way to rate it. I don't even know if the recipient got the premium arrangement I ordered, or if it was skimpy.
In my opinion you should have a way for the florist to take and upload a couple of pics of the finished product, and send it to the customer via email.
The arrangement that was delivered was NOT up to my expectations! It was horrible! It looked as if the florist just rushed and threw something together to meet the delivery deadline! I ordered sunflowers and roses and that is NOT what I received! My girlfriend hates tulips and those were in the bouquet which brought back bad memories! I'm embarrassed and insulted that you would not reach out to the florist and have them correct their mistake versus giving me a 35% discount and a sorry! I will never order from you guys again! I will also be doing a review on the BBB website as well!

I had changed the delivery date to the 19th and had received confirmed emails to that effect.
My order was delivered the 17th and not the 19th as I had requested.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
