The delivery time was longer than expected. I sent the order to a store in Colorado at 8 am and it was delivered to the Colorado address at 5-6pm. That's a whole days work period to be delivered. It would have been more beneficial to be delivered at an earlier time since it was for a Birthday.
Now, this could have something to do with how many orders they had that day, the proximity of the florist to the delivery address, however, maybe priority wasn't considered. Maybe the florist shop delivered based off of the order it was received. I think they could have a better operations technique where the prioritize their orders based off of the "occasion" that the product was purchased for.
If that was the case, then there was probably a lot of the deliveries that day, therefore, disregard my advice.
However, I was very satisfied with the product and the service. Especially the customer service. You guys were so quick to get back to me regarding the delivery process, which I very much appreciated.
Also, the "tracking metric" that you guys use is very basic and does not update on "time". I think you guys should update a more advanced "tracking metric" that would ease customers "anxiety" if you will haha.
But, overall, great service. Thank you. I will use it again in the future.

Easy experience, just hard to choose the arrangement from so many pretty bouquets. I called my sister late in the afternoon after I saw the email that the flowers had been delivered. There is a two hour time difference between her and I. When I called her, she said she had not received anything so she looked at her front door and there the flowers were. I am not sure exactly how long they had been out in the heat of the day so I hope they last a little while. I guess I should have had them call her and let them know they were coming and then to go to her side door. So fault on both sides but they did make her day, even though I would have liked her to have them in the house enjoying them instead of outside her door in the heat for several hours.
Price was kinda high but quality was great. The delivery time was way at the end of the day but not to bad for same day delivery.
Website was easy to work with and find an item I wanted to purchase. The flowers I ordered were a gift for my mom and she was very happy with the quality. Free delivery in that order allowed me top upgrade to a larger assortment as well.

Your delivery charges are ridiculous. I placed my order because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to search for cheaper options. I will not purchase again because of your delivery fees. The floral arrangement that was delivered did not look like the picture on your website. Fortunately, it was still beautiful.

I was pretty satisfied except for the fact that the flowers did not get to the office until 4:00 in the afternoon. This didn't allow enough time for them to reach my family member... before she had left for the day...(receptionist rec'd them, etc.) So 'same day' delivery should probably not be used. I ordered very early in the morning - 7:00 am? So I was hoping for a delivery early afternoon...
I ordered a pink vase for a new baby occasion and it was clear. Flowers were not that fresh

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
