They are very happy to take your order and your money. Then a day later when your order should of been delivered already, they call and say that the arrangement you ordered is not available. At this point then they try and direct you to something totally different from what you were interested in. Save your self the trouble and order somewhere else.
This was my first time using fromyouflowers.com. I received an email that my order was delivered at 5:15 pm. I did not want to call the recipient, so I called the Company for a proof of delivery and found out that my order was not delivered the Customer Service Rep that I spoke to was not very nice to me and I asked to speak to a Manager, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I just had to call my recipient to see how he was feeling and asked if he received my Basket! I will not be using this Company ever again especially for our Business.
Great but the sale price was 27.00 and I was supposed to have free shipping but total cost came to 49.00.

Quick & easy shopping, I will be more than happy to use your site again. This was a gift, so I have no way to confirm what they thought of it or how it's condition was.
The flowers came late in the day but was acceptable for next day delivery. The arrangement was not very well arranged as it was lopsided instead of balanced in a mug. I was expecting it to be nice to view all around. I displayed it against a wall instead of being a centerpiece.
It was delivered same day as ordered will definitely order again.

The recipient of the gift was very pleased and commented to me how nice the gift basket is. The problem I had was that it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, July 25, but was not delivered until July 26. I had to call fromyouflowers to find out what happened to the gift delivery. The person I talked to was difficult to understand, and communication was not good.
Everything was available in a timely manner, site very easy to use. Appreciate the rush delivery also.
