I went to see my friend recovering from surgery and the flowers she received were hideous. White daisies, 4 random red roses in a bright red vase. Not even vaguely close to what I was expecting. I was embarrassed they looked so cheap. So incredibly disappointed. Price and delivery time do not make up for a cheap looking bouquet. Gas station or Grocery store flowers would have been better. I really liked you guys and told a BUNCH people about you because my stepmother loved her flowers. Never ever again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
