It's easy! Gets the job DONE! When you want to send flowers, sometimes you need them THERE now! They received a cheerful bouquet delivered hours after I ordered it! Love that! And I got a confirmation that they were delivered... one from fromyouflowers and one from my son and his fiancé!

I have ordered from this company on many many occasions, always satisfied, however, the delivery time line Not so much. This gift was supposed to be delivered by 5pm. Did not get there until after 7. Not very pleased with that. It was a chocolate gift, by the time it got there the ice pack was not even cold. It was a kind of a soggy presentation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
