I've been a customer for 3 years now. The website is easy to use, I always receive emailed discount offers which encourages me to make another purchase. The service and handling charge amount sometimes is more than the discount, which is disappointing. I ordered a funeral service arrangement this week. The order was on time & was fresh, beautiful and close to the website photo. I'm very happy with this service and will continue to use it for all my floral arrangement needs.
