Shopping experience was just fine. Delivery was very timely. Item delivered was not what was pictured on the website. A 2nd delivery was done and although the color scheme was right, the bouquet delivered looks nothing like what is pictured on the website. Extremely disappointing.
The prices of the arrangements in the website are fair. The product itself is beautiful. However, it came a day late. This is only due to me sending multiple emails and making a phone call. I think the website itself is very helpful and useful. However, I believe it is the flourist used that made the error.

You should send a confirmation email or text to the person who orders the flowers. I didn't know they arrived because the tracking number said they were still scheduled to be delivered. My friend texted me that they arrived and she is setting them up for me before my girlfriend arrives. If she hadn't texted me I wouldn't have known that they had been delivered.
A little pricey for the size BUT, the prompt delivery and fresh beautiful flowers were worth the extra price. Will definitely use this store again!
