FOLLOW UP AFTER DELIVERY. Bouquet received did not resemble European floral bouquet ordered. No sunflowers, no contrasting blue. Looks more like Florist option which was much less expensive. I upgraded order and spent $60+ for a bouquet that did not meet our expectations. Have contacted your customers service and expect a replacement arrangement on Monday that resembles the arrangement we ordered. I understand availability, but should have been notified if item ordered could not be fulfilled.
I spent a bunch of money to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend and she didn't even receive them so I'm quite disappointed, I contacted customer service and they didn't even help me. Would not recommend shopping here.

I preferred rectangular vase not square. Delivery for Saturday. The flowers were left on front porch, so they were a bit weepy.I knew no one would be there on Friday that's why I wanted a Saturday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
