I was not please with the price. When I was going to purchase my order. The price of the flowers was 39.99 and once I seen the service fee or delivery was 14.99. I backed out. Obviously you have a tactic to email me to comeback and your site will waive the delivery fee but the flowers price went up from 39.99 to 49.99. I didn't like that either but this a difficult time for my friend so decided to go ahead and buy them. But I will not use this site again most likely.
Also, my friend received her flowers afterwards. Timing was ok but supposedly the flowers smelled like cigarette smoke. So the flowers I provide at a health care clinic wreak of smoke. That is terrible. Overall this experience has been 1star at best. I will post my experience review online.

The product was a fraction of the size in the picture it had five flowers in it -- five basic flowers.
Sales are misleading as are specials.
Roses arrived and r lovely. Don't waste your money on the customized vase! It's horrible! They print your picture and just throw it inside a cheap glass vase that is not even made properly so it is level on a surface! Waste of money!

We sent the arrangement as a birthday and get well gift to a family member in the USA while we live in the UK. As I was ordering online it wasn't expecting the additional service charge which was only added at check out. I think this charge needs to be more transparent. I have only seen the arrangement via video chat but it was well received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
