I ordered a deluxe Fruit basket, with balloons for a dear friend in Marquette, MI. The order was changed and it arrived late. I would recommend another place if you want them to arrive on time.
My wife sent me a picture of what she received and honestly I thought they looked dead. This is the first and last time I will order flowers to be shipped in. Quality was no where near a local shop. Price and delivery time was great. But lacked in quality.

Ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, can't remember, for a Tuesday Delivery. They didn't arrive on Tuesday. Of course I'm afraid that they did and someone stole them. When I sent an email to find out what happened, I had to call. They said it was a card processing error. However, my card had already been charged (not pending,but charged charged). So they arrived on Thursday instead of Tuesday. They also RUINED the surprise because since they were late, I had to ask my friend if she received anything. Thus, the whole point of surprising my friend for her 40th birthday was ruined. This was my first time trying this company instead of my regular and it will be my last.
And I was really Surprised by the $15 delivery fee. That should be disclosed early on. And the fact they completely ruined the delivery, you think they would have offered to do something to make it right.
I was told my whole issue was a "system error" and maybe it was, but left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
