I'm very disappointed. These flowers were for my mom on her birthday, the first one she spends away from me because she recently moved to another state. I ordered the deluxe version of the arrangement and she just sent me a picture of what she received. It is not the deluxe! It has a couple or roses and does not look like what I ordered! It doesn't even look like the small version of what I saw online! This does not give me any confidence to shop on this site again! I feel ripped off!

The website was hard to get through. I had to call the 1-800 number to find out where to put in the addresses and then I'm slapped with a $14.99 service/delivery fee. That should be stated up front. I'll talk to my friends after delivery and let you know if they are satisfied with the product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
