This was very nice, I'm hoping that the person that it will be delivered to has a great experience as well
I understand the time and resources that it takes to run a business and make deliveries same day but the item delivered didn't look nearly as nice as the item picture when I ordered. She did receive it same day so from the ease of ordering and delivery aspects, I was more than impressed but the actual item was a bit embarrassing. I would've purchased a larger basket if I had seen the picture prior.

Well, I was trying to same day delivery and I paid for that at 3:00 PM and I talked to one of the girls and she said will be delivered in 6:00 pm and at 7:30 pm called to find out what is going on, they simply said oh they where not able to do it. They did not even call me and let me know. Just STAY AWAY FROM THEM
The flowers that my daughter received were not the flowers pictured in the ad. I have pictures to prove it. If the company contacts me I will share those photos. The bouquet that was received was considerably smaller. It was lovely but not beautiful as shown.

The arrangement I selected looks NOTHING like the flowers received. I selected a purple arrangement, my mother got a vase that was 70% leaves and 2 different types of flowers scattered through the greenery. "Surprise, here are some leaves!" I will not be using this company for any future flower orders, but if I am ever in the market for overpriced leaves, I know where to come.
Worst customer service experience I've had in a while. The communication and lack of knowing where and what to do with the order was the worst part. I was guaranteed a delivery after making a call only to receive future dated emails, was forced to reschedule the delivery and even then none of the reps except for the manager I spoke to could give me some clarification as to why everything was so jumbled. Would not recommend to be honest.
Sent to our granddaughter in Florida to her office. She was thrilled and sent me a picture of them. The beautiful arrangement was as pictured on site. They were delivered the same day as requested. First time I have ordered from your company. Will definitely use again.
