I ordered a teddy bear / balloon combo from this company to be delivered to my girlfriend for her birthday and was profoundly disappointed with the results. For some reason, the gift package was delivered in a Kate Spade shopping bag - even though nothing in the gift came from Kate Spade. My girlfriend, who is a public elementary school teacher, received the gift during a staff meeting. Seeing the shopping bag, she and all of her co-workers naturally assumed that I had gotten her a designer purse for her birthday. Of course, I had not. Nor had I ever heard of a Kate Spade purse. But, believing that was the contents of the shopping bag, when she opened it in front of her friends to find the tiny bear, half-deflated balloon, and pitiful box of drugstore-grade chocolates inside, everyone erupted in laughter. She was humiliated. She called me, embarrassed and upset and I, not understanding the source of the confusion, became irate as well. This turned into a fight and she nearly ended up dumping me... BECAUSE of the gift I tried to give her from YOUR company. I don't understand how or why this delivery was placed inside a Kate Spade shopping bag, but this outcome is not acceptable. For $60, I was not expecting the highest grade product, but the quality of these items was exceptionally poor. I feel beyond cheated. I would have been better off not getting her anything than giving her something from fromyouflowers.com. I am deeply dissatisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
