My cousin was very pleased with the fruit basket.
The arrangement was just what I expected from the picture but most of the outside 3 layers of each rose was wilted and starting to brown a little on the creases.

The service I received was good. The delivery wasn't until 8pm and I didn't know that it would be delivered by UPS truck, in a box. I didn't see that when ordering. I thought I would be getting a full arrangement as show in picture and not cut flowers in a box. Lily buds did arrive closed so will see later how they look. I am a gardener and cut many of my flowers to bring inside to enjoy. This is certainly a different way to receive a flower arrangement.

I ordered the flowers with same day delivery on Aug. 22nd. When I tracked the order on the website, it said that it was delivered sometime around 6:30pm. I did not get a call or text message from my mom about the flowers so I decided to ask her about it the following morning if she received it. She said that she did not. I called customer service and was told that because I placed the order at 2:44, that it could have caused not not to fulfill the order on the same day. But being that the website allowed me to do it and asked me to pay the additional fee, I think it is fair for me to expect that it should be delivered in the same day. The cut off time was 3pm according to the website and 2:44pm is not 3pm. I should have gotten a phone call to at least inform me that it wasn't gonna be delivered. The element of surprise was ruined because I had to ask my mom if she ever got the flowers. I also did not get a follow up call after customer service said that she would follow up with the florist and call me back. Flowers are also in a much smaller scale than pictured. Overall not a good experience.
Everything was going well, except that the flowers were a little brown on edges of them, which indicated that they were a bit old. The flowers were not really fresh.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
