I was contacted with "what to do if there is no answer in the address of the receiver"
I wonder what is the policy- I had to take a decision without knowing the exact setting of the address I sent the order to, and with not knowing what is the policy I tried to help the delivery person to solve the issue over the phone during my working hours...
Everything was fine. My wife wasn't home but they were left at the door.
Handling fee was expensive and unexpected, that should be shown earlier on in the transacation

The florist who got the order did not answer the phone so you "assumed" he is no longer in business and no one from your company would give me the name of the florist. When they were delivered recipient liked them--she sent me a picture--but I was not satisfied knowing how much they cost--looked more like grocery store flowers the day before they are taken from the shelf. Not pleased at all but she was and that is what counts
The first florist sent a plant instead of flowers for my order of pink flowers and balloon I requested for a birthday. I called customer service and they sent the order to another Florist and it was made and delivered correctly this time. The customer service was great and fixed the problem. They apologized for the first florist. That is why I will continue to use them. Thanks!
Process was extremely easy and I loved that it will be delivered same day. I hope I'm not let down as I just placed the order. If it actually arrives today and is a pretty as the picture, I'll definitely shop here again.
Update: the flowers were delivered to my sister in 2 hours! I just found the website I will order all my flowers from.

I placed this order on 8/21 (before the deadline) for same day delivery. The flowers were delivered on 8/22 and your follow up (this email) shows the order was placed on 8/22 and delivered on 8/22. It worked out ok and my friend was very happy to receive the flowers and said they were beautiful so the delay turned out ok.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
