Tiny assortment supposedly deluxe
Shipping charges should be clearly stated at the beginning of order. Did not realize that roses would be delivered in a box for the recipient to arrange herself. No need to order a vase if flowers did not come arranged. Box was left on the front porch in 90 degree weather. Sorry, but I will not use this service for special occasions. Too expensive for a DIY!

Order birthday flowers and to my surprise when open box The flowers were not in water tubes so they were dry up and so contact them told they sent another 2 dozen purple rose next day well this time they were dead flowers. Wow and water tube for flowers. They don't care about flowers or they had cut them correctly and put water tubes in box. Now out 50 dollars.
