Was disappointed that the driver called me and said he left them by her door in the hall. He was to call because door bell was broken. I gave him the number and ask him to please call her to receive the flowers.

The arrangement that was received was very poorly put together.I paid the lesser amount and let you pick a florist from the area to make the arrangement I do not believe that the arrangement came from a reputable florist or they would be out of business. I could have done a much better job than they did but I am clear across the country. It was sent to a friends funeral just to let them know we were thinking about them. I was embarrassed of the arrangment. A Picture was sent to me that is how I know what the arrangment looked like.
Item said next day service but it wasn't available. Requested a birthday card. It was a regular card with just flowers on the front. Flowers were very hot and some were wilted
