Ordered Premium flowers with premium mixed chocolates. This was the replacement flowers delivered the next day, without the chocolates. Wrong persons order was delivered then the intended delivery that was wilted with 3 white damaged lilies was refused. Would not let me fully cancel the order! Only 50% refund off $60 sale price for $14.99 quality and size of grocery store flowers! Then redelivered these the next day, without chocolates... Had to call for chocolate refund! So, they tell me they're going to give me $20 OFF MY NEXT ORDER! I said to apply it to this nightmare as I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I've never had these problems ordering online or by phone!
You are the best Thank you, but this time the flowers were brown and somewhat wilted. The delivery person did not knock on the door and they were left in the sun for an hour on my porch. Not your fault it is the dead heat of summer! I will order from you again because you are so prompt and always deliver what you advertise.

It was a smaller floral arrangement than I expected for a deluxe.The vase just had a balloon tied around it,no ribbon or anything.It was just an ok arrangement.

I ordered 2 arrangements for my aunt who lives in Colorado. They were delivered on the days I requested. I wasn't completely satisfied with the first arrangement but they were quick to respond and did an absolutely beautiful job with the second arrangement. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the regular version of you're in my heart on my first order and thought it was nice and I wanted something better so I ordered the premium version of you're in my heart for my second order and was not pleased with how the came out. My girlfriend sent me a picture of the flowers and I wasn't happy with them because I didn't see the difference between the regular and the premium. I just spent more money to get the same thing in my opinion. I thought the premium would look more like the mockup on the site and I did not get that and I am very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
