Website and checkout easy to navigate. Delivered as promised. (same day). Bought the premium display and only got the regular (as shown on website) and a few of the flowers were already wilting. BUT - overall a good experience.
Quick & easy. Flowers are always beautiful! This time I can say I was disappointed. I ordered this for my niece's mother in law funeral in Neb. She sent me pics.It looked nothing like the one in picture. The starglazes weren't even open.

The deluxe arrangement received looks like the regular arrangement. What is on your website pictured as deluxe (what I paid for) does not match what was delivered. Disappointing.

I appreciate the call back for free shipping. But, I feel like selling something as $19.99 but then racking on $15 shipping in the first place was sneaky.

I have never used a service like this before so I'm hoping that everything goes as planned. When it arrived I was a little disappointed that it didn't look more like what I ordered. It definitely didn't look like the picture.

Easy ordering. A small up-charge to deliver the same day (I ordered mid-day). The delivery was prompt and the recipients were pleased, or at least they told me that they were. :) Delivery fees are higher than I would like but I understand the need to charge them.

Your site was easy to understand, pricing was reasonable, selections were pretty. You delivered the birthday gift on the wrong day! Unforgivable mistake.
Delivery was as expected and hoped for. It was actually sent by me to someone else and they sent a picture and let me know that they had received it!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
