Very easy site to navigate- I only wish you showed the photos of the difference in sizes for the regular vs deluxe vs premium. The flowers did look very beautiful and I liked the balloon came with it.

First you call a phone center in the Philippines, where you cant understand them or they cant understand you and god forbid they have to do research because they will put you on hold then hang up on you. I paid to have flowers delivered yesterday before the Funeral today and it was not delivered. The funeral starts at 9 am its now 8:45 and the Funeral will start in 15 minutes and No Flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE... This is a Funeral and they cant even do the, this is like adding salt to the wound, and when you call they can care less and ask you want you want to do... Now we look like someone that did nothing to send a sympathy "sorry for your Loss" Flowers. I should of checked their reviews before ordering... PLEASE DON'T GET LURED OR TRUST THE LOWER PRICES, WHAT GOOD IS IT IF THEY KEEP THE MONEY AND SEND NO FLOWERS...
Great prices compared to other sites for same day delivery. Heard the flowers were beautiful. Only issue is that website did not update once delivered and when I called they could not reach the florist. This was at 6pm and learned they were actually delivered at 1:30. That was great, but would have liked to know. Everything else was terrific!

First you call and get someone in the Philippines your Lucky if they understand you and worse you don't understand them, then god forbid that the call is not too complicated because they will put you on hold and then hang up on you... (Stay on the phone and wait to see if a survey comes up, if so give it to them there) I paid extra to have it delivered the day before the Funeral and it was not delivered. After being hung up on 3 times I called back again and I was told they would still deliver it that night. I knew it was CROCK because the Funeral home was closed but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next morning at 8 Central when the Funeral was at 9 am I was told it was on its way and would be there shortly. At 8:15 am I called and said the florist now told them it would be there by 8:30 AM again no one show, keep in mind people are arriving and still no flowers. At 8; 45 am I called and they said it would be there in minutes and guess what! No flowers. At 9 am I called and they said the driver was already there which is incorrect and finally at 9:25 AM in the middle of the ceremony the flowers arrived. Then it was realized that the flowers they send was NO WHERE NEAR WHAT WE BOUGHT... THIS WAS AN EMBARRASSEMENT FOR US AND THE FAMILY ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SEND YOU A $40 ARRANGEMENT FIR SOMETHING THAT COST $125... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE< THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT WHATS THE USE IF YOU GET NOTHING FOR THAT CHEAP PRICE... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I ordered the deluxe bouquet for my daughter's birthday. I was not pleased with the overall look. Should have definitely added more flowers for the money. Not worth it.

Delivery was very prompt. I ordered early in the morning and they arrived before noon.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
