The overall price did seem a little excessive when handling and shipping was added. But balloon prices take the cake for overpricing, 3 or 5 dollars for a single balloon IS over the top, I must say. Other than that, the person I sent the bouquet to was really happy with the end result. Thank you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
