I hope the flowers arrive as they appear on the site. The last time I ordered NONE of the arrangements were even close yo what I had picked.
I am soooooo angry!
I have used for you flowers for the LAST time.
The flowers were NOT what I paid for, I paid for a premium arrangement and received less than the regular order.
Last christmas, I spend nearly 400 dollars with for you flowers, and 80% were NOT what I ordered.
Sadly, I will never use your service again, and will never recommend you positively to others.

Exceptional service with "same-day" service. The presentation of the roses and card wrapped inside Kraft paper with white bow was very beautiful. I will definitely use company again.
My cart kept being deleted. Incredibly annoying. Made almost order from somewhere else. Flowers piece is ok, but handling is ridiculously over priced. I could have walked down the street and bought flowers from Trader Joe's, and deliver them myself for under $100. $200 for flowers and a goodie basket is insane; especially not being anything incredibly special.

Easier than FTD The flowers I ordered arrived on time and two of the three deliveries were exactly as I had wanted. I did wind up with a substitute of red roses for the orange roses I had wanted and this caused the person I sent them to a slight embarrassment as her co-worker told her those were for true love. I should have sent a message along with my order to substitute yellow or even some type of lily in place of the orange if they were not available. Now I will know for next time. Overall I was very satisfied with this transaction.

I have to admit the 14.99 seems a little high but I do realize business is business. If my friend wasn't in the hospital on his birthday, I probably would have reconsidered this, but he's worth it.
Overall I was satisfied. Delivery continues to be a little dissatifying. Not receiving what I pay for.
The Service and handling fee of $15 was not disclosed upfront until check out. I don't appreciate that. This is the kind of business practice I will definitely avoid in the future.
