The Item looked different from what was advertised online but still looked quite nice.
The flowers never flourished and quickly died. The recipient, although grateful, was not impressed or satisfied with the quality of the flowers. Which is disappointing considering it was an anniversary gift.
I wanted to make a present for my friend and sent her flowers for her birthday BUT they arrived a day prior to it. Why? Why do you ask me to specify the delivery date if you cannot make it on that day?

I was a little disappointed when the flowers were delivered - the recipient wasn't notified that there was a delivery. My concern was that it was 95 degrees out and it was left on the front porch, luckily there was some shade there. But usually when this happens and no one is home to receive the items it is either left at neighbors or a phone call is made so they will be on the lookout for the delivery.
Great prices and selection. The flowers looked wonderful when they arrived. The quality of the flowers for the price I paid was a great value. This is probably the best site I've found for affordable flowers that were exactly what I ordered and delivered timely. I'm very satisfied and will be using your site for all of my future orders. The overall experience was great. My biggest concern was whether the floral arrangement would look like the photo on the website. While both bouquets I ordered were beautiful, the bouquet for my mother was to have more purple flowers and it didn't. The reason I ordered that particular bouquet was because the roses were set by purple flowers and my mother loves the color purple. So I was a little disappointed when that is not what she received. Otherwise, good job.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
