Extremely happy with my purchase but the $14.95 delivery fee is too high! I almost didn't place the order all because of that however the flowers were beautiful and fresh! Also very quick delivery! Would recommend for sure just wish that fee was a little lower!

The card was totally messed up. It did not reflect that I sent them. I have no idea where the name ever came from. I was not impressed with the picture I saw of the flowers. If they last 2 days I will be surprised. I am very disappointed.
After discovering by email that the same day delivery for Mom's birthday was now going to be 3 days later, I tried to call Customer Service to see what happened and if I could pay for Sunday or holiday delivery.
I wound up being transferred twice and spending 15+ minutes on hold with messages about how the Valentines Rush (it's September) meant I wouldn't be able to get delivery updates. The call disconnected without anyone taking my call.
I've used FYF before and been fine with the service and product. But I'm now downgrading this company into the "when it isn't super important that it be on time or accountable".
The flowers that were sent are totally different and most likely less expensive than those on the website for ordering.
