Item received was not exactly like the photo, however the colors were similar. It did not have a succulent that the picture showed which is why we selected that particular arrangement.

The floral bouquet was delivered within the given time frame. It made the new mom overjoyed and brighten her day! Upon receipt, she immediately text me a picture of the bouquet. The arrangement looked exactly as as shown on the "From Your Flowers" website. The recipient and the sender are very pleased. Thank you so much.

The order was received on time, but the vase was clear, not purple as advertised. The flowers were very pretty, and did include lilies and roses as promised, but overall, it did not really look like the bouquet pictured on the website.
Ordering was very easy. Delivery was great.
The only complaint I have is that I ordered a succulent garden and a dish garden was sent instead, which did not have even one succulent in it. I understand sometimes replacements need to be made, but I would have thought that it would have still been in the succulent family. Luckily our daughter loved it anyway.

Over all the experience was easy but i did have a couple of complaints. The anniversary card with my message was a piece of printer paper folded up. That was so low budget. The mylar anniversary baloon could have been better as well. Since I ordered purple flowers and purple helium filled balloons could u not try to include a anniversary balloon that came close to coordinating. It looked like it was more for a new years eve party than an anniverary gift for my wife. When my wife signed for the flowers the paper stated the amount of the purchase. This is so unprofessional. I guess next year I will stick to going to a florist and choosing things myself or using another flower delivery service. I am pleased that my wife liked the flowers and the vase.
I like to choose to support local businesses. I'm not sure this site is doing that, but because of the holiday weekend I am settling.

Extremely happy with my purchase but the $14.95 delivery fee is too high! I almost didn't place the order all because of that however the flowers were beautiful and fresh! Also very quick delivery! Would recommend for sure just wish that fee was a little lower!
