The floral arrangement exceeded my expectations! My sister was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, so I wanted to have something extra special delivered to her for her birthday. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, she said it smelled amazing too. I will definitely use you for future occassions.
I sent the bouquet and the recipient took a picture and it didn't look as full as the picture that was advertised but they were happy with it.
Found you through my KERA Membership. I tried FTD, first but your pricing and hopefully, quality of flowers/plants was far superior! Mom's a plant fanatic so hope these are good. If so, I'll use you again for holidays and Mother's Day! Mom seemed pleased with what was a dish planter with evergreen type plants. I did not personally get to see it as we live in different states.

Paid extra to have flowers delivered by noon. When flowers did not arrive customer service said it was now before 5. Offerred to refund the by noon delivery fee and give me a 10$ gift card. I can afford the delivery fee and I don't need your gift card. What I need is for you to deliver as advertised and paid for.
Guaranteed my order to be delivered by 6pm Sept 9. Finally arrived at 245pm Sept 10th.

Placed the order for Friday for a funeral on Sunday and Monday... family stated the flower NEVER showed up. Called company Monday afternoon, sat on hold for 35minutes... they reached out to florist to track my flower... and no detail information was provided other than "we are tracking your order". Well, the funeral is over and I don't need it. The only reason they aren't getting one star is because they issued a full refund in the same day.
