They must fix a problem that was generated when you want to log in to pay. Regarding the gift; A little late the shipment, and one of the 3 balloons that I ordered reached 80% of its capacity, that is, deflated. Otherwise the gift fulfilled the specified.

Service fees weren't mentioned upfront until after I'd set up my order and made an account. That was annoying.
My mom got her flowers and told me that the vase was cracked and leaking, it likely happened in transit.
Flowers were fresh and beautiful, they could of been a little more fuller for the price,but overall she was happy and thats what counts!
For an order of close to $60, it was a gross disappointment. I guess it was the same color palate, but the picture makes it look so much bigger, flowers not in good shape and whole think looked skimpy. We were all disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
