I ordered a blue and white arrangement to match the school colors to honor my nephews one year death. They arrived all white to my sister. I am extremely disappointed. There was not a spec of blue anywhere! Guess i'll Have to personally drive to a floral shop. A very sad situation involving a motorcycle and a car. Really wanted this to be special and it was not.

Quick and easy
Ordered the peace lily and was very pleased with it.
I made sure the address said the name of the business but the delivery person couldn't get on get access to the business and I didn't get a call about it - frustrating thing 1 because I specifically did this so he could receive the flowers at work. Two - the flowers was MUCH less/smaller than what was pictured, and I'm not a picky person. Three - I picked this arrangement for the balloon, decent amount of flowers, and the colorful ribbons on the vase (since it was going to a guy). The only good thing was the balloon. There were no ribbons. The flower arrangement was ok. The green was nice, but there were MUCH fewer flowers than pictured.
Easy to use site. I particularly like the ability to customize the gift and to set the delivery date in advance. My family were very pleased with the colorful arrangement.

I received what I ordered but I am not happy with the way it was delivered, I was not notified the items were delivered until about an hour after deliver, they were left in the front door in the direct sun flowers were wilted from heat, chocolates were completely melted
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
