The flowers were delivered as requested. As in most advertising, the delivered product was not quite as large as the promotional picture, but okay. The delivery/handling charge should have mentioned earlier in the process. Overall, very good service.
Website was relatively easy apart from when inputting the billing information. It did not give you a state outside of USA. Maybe if their was a pop up box when you click on OTHER it may help other users.

Extra $2.99 weekend fee a surprise along with the high delivery rate. My order started at $37 and ended up at almost $60. Not sure if I should go back to 1800 flowers again
